HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

The following are guidelines only and heating times will vary depending on your heating appliances.

Every box comes with Sweet Plantain + Steamed Jasmin + Sauce & and your choice of protein.

Jerk Siu Yuk Box

AIR FRYER: Remove all packaging and place the Siu Yuk skin side up in a preheated air fryer 355°F (180°C) and heat for 3-5 minutes or until crispy and delicious. Set your table &Enjoy!

OR

STOVE: Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan until It’s shimmering. The pork belly should sizzle when it hits the pan. Starting meat-side down, heat the pork belly on all sides, focusing on the skin side at the end to get it extra crispy. Fry it until it’s heated through.

Storage: Refrigerate.

Roast Duck Box

OVEN: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Then place the duck pieces skin side up on a wire rack (or preheated baking tray) and heat them for 10 - 15 min. Set your table &Enjoy!

OR

MICROWAVE: Microwave the Duck & Rice in the microwave for 2-3 min. You’re looking for juiciness! Not dry and chewy. Set your table &Enjoy!

Vegan Ackee Stir-Fry Box

MICROWAVE: Microwave for 2-3 mins. DO NOT MICROWAVE LID *Ackee is really delicate so be gentle with this beautiful fruit. Enjoy! Set your table & Enjoy!

Patties

OVEN: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Then place the Patties on a wire rack (or preheated baking tray) and heat them for 3-5 minutes or until warm.

MICROWAVE: Microwave the patties for 1 - 2 mins or until piping hot. Set your table & Enjoy!

Storage: Freezer/Room Temp

Dumplings

STEAM: Pour water into a wok (or pan) one-quarter full. Bring to boil over high heat. Place steamer over wok or pan, ensuring base doesn't touch water. Steam dumplings for 8 - 10 minutes until hot tender and cooked through.

Spring Rolls

AIR FRYER: Remove all packaging and place the spring rolls in a preheated air fryer  392°F (200°C) and heat for 3-4 minutes then roll or turn the spring rolls and continue to air fry for an additional 3-4 minutes or until crispy and delicious. Enjoy!

OR 

OVEN: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Then place the spring rolls on a wire rack (or preheated baking tray) and heat them for 10 minutes or until crispy and delicious. Enjoy!

Baked Wings

OVEN: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Then place the Wings on a wire rack (or preheated baking tray) and heat them for 5 minutes or until hot.

MICROWAVE: Microwave the patties for 1 - 2 mins or until piping hot. Set your table & Enjoy!

Jamaican Braised Oxtail Box

STOVE: Remove all packaging and reheat the oxtail in a saucepan or pot, add the extra Oxtail Gravy provided and heat the stew over medium heat. Let everything simmer for 5-10 min or until the oxtail is piping hot. Set your table &Enjoy!

MICROWAVE: Remove the packaging and Microwave the Oxtail, Plantain & Rice for 2-3 min. Set your table & Enjoy!
